  1. Purchase one of the qualifying products listed below (See rebate form for applicable part numbers).
  2. Fill out the appropriate rebate form completely and clearly or go to www.Bestop.com/Rebate and print a form to fill out.
  3. Circle the qualifying purchase on your dated sales receipt, invoice or packing slip.
  4. Include the original Bestop product label which shows the UPC code product part number and brief product description, located on the package label. Copies will not be accepted. See sample picture of a product label on right.
  5. In one envelope mail completed rebate form, dated sales receipt/invoice/packing slip, and the original product label described above to address below.
  6. All requests must be postmarked no later than July 31st, 2013.
