Rebate offer applies to Radial F-C II, Mud Country Radial, and Crusher Radials as follows:
• SLT Radial Sizes that are designated as 15.50 wide $200 per set (4 or more tires) SLT Radial Sizes that are designated as 14.50 wide $200 per set (4 or more tires) SLT Radial Sizes that are designated as 13.50 wide $100 per set (4 or more tires) For a complete list of qualifying sizes click here Official Rules: Offer open to consumers only. Employees, retailers, and distributors of Dick Cepek products are not eligible. Mail in rebate offer is valid on a set of 4 or more tires. One rebate per vehicle. Valid only on purchases made between May 1 - July 31, 2008. Sizes are strictly limited to inventory on hand, no substitutions, no rain checks. A prepaid MasterCardฎ for the amount of the rebate will be issued as payment. Card terms and conditions apply. Mail a copy of your original store invoice indicating date of purchase and products purchased along with this form. All purchases will be verified with the retailer to avoid fraud.
