With the evolution of new vehicle offerings occurring at a more rapid pace in recent years, Rough Country has recognized the need to expand and upgrade their product development facilities and staff. Additional highly trained staff has been hired and a new building has been acquired to give product development and sales an expanded area for present needs and future growth. Training on the latest features of AutoCAD Inventor have been conducted and a new portable CMM machine from FARO is now being used. The FARO CMM has allowed concept to prototype times to be dramatically reduced. In their new facilities Product Development will have the ability to quickly fabricate prototypes and assure all products are ready for the latest in manufacturing technology.
