Written or verbal approval accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) must accompany all returns. Returns should be sent to Rough Country Suspension Products, Inc., 2051 East Court Street, Dyersburg, TN 38024 via prepaid freight. Shipments without a RGA# clearly designated on the outside of al containers or collect shipments will be refused. Rough Country Suspension Products, Inc. retains the right to disallow any return it deems out of the normal course of business.
1. Non-defective Merchandise:
Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% handling/re-stocking charge and must be in good, re-saleable condition. No returns will be allowed on products that have been installed and removed, unless under the 60 day guarantee. All returns will be handled via merchandise credit only. Merchandise credits must be used within one (1) year from date of issue. Only part numbers listed in the most recent Rough Country Suspension application catalog are subject for returns. Obsolete or discontinued items are not applicable for return.
2. Stock Adjustment Returns:
Active wholesale accounts in good standing are allowed one annual stock adjustment return of up to 3% of their previous years purchase. The above policies apply to this return with the exception that a two for one offsettin order be placed at the time of the return authorization and the handling charge applied will only be 10%.
