I never really write reviews BUT…I never really write reviews BUT I had to go to bat for Rough Country the way they did for me recently, so here it goes: I ordered a drop down kit for a carrier bearing on my 2010 Tundra. I was tracking the order because the truck was out of commission waiting on this one $35 part, otherwise I would’ve had to drive it down the highway, teeth vibrating out of my face. I contacted Rough Country customer service to see if they had any idea where the part was since the last update was about 3-4 prior, notified them my truck was waiting on it and after seeing what I was seeing on their end, the gentleman said, without any ounce of hesitation, “sometimes parts get lost in the mail, that might be what happened and why it hasn’t updated in a few days but here’s what I’m going to do for you… I’m going to send you another drop down kit and overnight it to you”, I was extremely grateful for the kind gesture and beyond stunned at the level of professionalism, understanding and initiative. I wish I would’ve caught the gentleman’s name. I got the part about 36 hours later (because I called late the first day so it didn’t get sent out til the next day), slapped it onto the truck and I was back on the road without the driveshaft vibration. Rough Country will continue to get my business with that kind of top shelf customer service.
