Shipping Policy

Same Day Shipping

If you place your order before 4:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday, your order will be shipped that day. Parts ordered must be in stock for the order to ship. Approximately 98% of all orders placed leave our warehouses the same day (not including weekends & holidays). Even with our huge inventory, we may run out of an item. If this is the case, you will receive an email with an expected availability date. Once an order has shipped, average Ground transit time is an additional 1 to 3 working days.

Free Shipping

Qualifying orders for Free Shipping are shipped via ground delivery. Free Shipping is only applicable to the contiguous United States. Excludes Alaska, and Hawaii. Please check the product page to see if it qualifies for Free Shipping. Select products over a certain size or weight may require freight shipping. Freight shipping to commercial addresses with a loading dock are free. Freight shipping to residential addresses will require an additional delivery charge.

Shipment Method

All orders are shipped Ground standard, but we also offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air options. We cannot accept PO boxes or an APO. Shipments are made to all 50 states & Canada.

Shipment Shortages

Any shipment shortage must be reported within 5 business days. For any packaging errors, you must provide us with a date/package code that is on the label with the part number. This is needed to facilitate quality assurance in identification of additional problems.

Back Orders

Unless otherwise directed, all orders will be entered as ship and back order. Back orders will be shipped as they become available. We will contact you prior to shipment for back orders over 5 days old. Freight will not be allowed for back orders unless it is shipped with another qualifying order.

Canada Orders

Shipping to Canada? RoughCountry.com no longer ships directly to Canada. Shop RoughCountry.ca instead for CAD pricing, no customs delays, no brokerage fees, and shipped domestically from our Canadian warehouse.
