What is Rough Country's Satisfaction Guarantee program?
If a retail customer purchases an eligible Rough Country product the customer may return his/her product to Rough Country for any reason within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
Does the customer receive a full refund on his/her purchase price?
Returns within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product. Returns from 31-90 days will receive a full refund minus 10% to cover shipping and handling. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchasing. Refunds will be issued based on the purchase price. Installation costs and other expenses are not eligible for refund.
What are the 100% Guarantee terms?
All items are eligible for return under this policy. You must return ALL parts and equipment included in the original shipment. Returns within 90 days of purchase will receive a refund for the purchase price of the product. Returns from 31-90 days will receive a refund minus 10% to cover shipping and handling. Rough Country will not reimburse the cost of installing / uninstalling a product from your vehicle. Items purchased from Rough Country Dealers or stores must be returned to those stores in conjunction with that store's policy.

Of course – if you have not installed it you have not tried the product.
What does a customer have to do to return a product?
The customer will need to fill out our online Return Request Form. Once an administrator at Rough Country has reviewed and verified the documentation requirement, the customer will be contacted to return the product. Please allow 24-48 business hours after you have submitted the Return Form to be contacted with further instructions.
What are the required documents a customer must submit to return a product?
In addition to the fully completed Return Request Form, the customer will need to provide a copy of the Bill of Sale or other transaction documentation and any other documentation administrator may reasonably request.
Where do I file a claim?
The customer will need to fill out and submit our online Return Request Form.
