5 StarsI purchased the 4" Rough Country Lift Kit for my 2018 Chevy Colorado and had a great overall experience. Before placing the order, we called to verify a few details, and the staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The order arrived correct, and everything we needed was included. The installation instructions were sufficient and easy enough to follow, although they did seem a little outdated in a few spots. During the install, we discovered one faulty part. We called Rough Country on a Saturday, and their customer service was excellent. They quickly took care of the issue and overnighted a replacement part at no charge. Once everything was installed, the project turned out great. The truck looks much better with the lift, and I’m very happy with the finished result. Overall, I would recommend this kit, especially because Rough Country stood behind the product and handled the issue quickly and professionally.
