In the Spotlight with Jonny Hill

Jonny is the proud owner of the 2021 Jeep Gladiator. He always wanted a midsize truck but didn't want to sacrifice comfort or functionality. He says, "I love the look of Jeeps and how easy they are to modify. When the eco diesel was announced for the Gladiator, I knew it was the one." Jonny has had his Jeep Gladiator for a year and a half and has added several modifications. Since he is an experienced Overlander, trekking through the Utah desert and mountain trails, he knew a lift, bumper, and winch were necessary. With the added clearance from the lift, this JT can conquer steep inclines and rocky terrain. The Rough Country winch comes in handy when he needs to tow his Jeep out of tricky situations or help a fellow driver in need. And the trail front bumper, which has been his favorite addition so far, adds an extra layer of protection for his off-road adventures.

As anyone who's been off-roading knows, Jeep Gladiators are built for adventure. Their suspensions are designed to handle difficult terrain, making them the perfect vehicle for exploring the great outdoors. Jonny is one Jeep owner who's taken his Gladiator to the next level by adding a 3.5-inch lift and Vertex Shocks to make it even more capable on rough trails. He's also added ditch lights, headlights, and a light bar for better visibility when driving in low-light conditions. While the bumper, lights, and winch are DIY additions that Jonny made, he used Northridge 4x4 for his suspension install.

Jonny has taken his Jeep through snow trails in Slot Canyons and plans on more adventures down the road. The Jeep Gladiator is the perfect vehicle for him because it's tough, durable, and can handle most challenges. He hopes to take it off-road in British Columbia someday and experience all that the great outdoors has to offer there.
