Fitment Notes
- ONLY fits models equipped with Ford's Heavy Duty Suspension (Quad Shock Package).
- Extended brake lines are recommended to ensure adequate slack and proper function of the braking system during full suspension travel, preventing stress or damage to the lines. SKU: 89310S.
- If vehicle is equipped with a front sway bar, drop brackets are recommended SKU: 1018.
