2025 Wheel/Tire Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of the 2025 Wheel/Tire Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is Rough Country, LLC, 2450 Huish Road, Dyersburg, TN 38024 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants must provide a valid date of birth and may be disqualified if attempting to circumvent age or location restrictions through false information, multiple accounts, or other fraudulent methods. Employees, contractors, officers, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CDT on September 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on November 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Enter by visiting the official giveaway page at: (https://gleam.io/HckTW/2025-wheeltire-giveaway) and completing the entry form during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries, fraudulent entries, or entries made using multiple emails, identities, or devices may be void at Sponsor’s discretion.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to receive marketing communications from Rough Country, subject to our Privacy Policy (https://www.roughcountry.com/privacy-policy). You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in any email communication.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Rough Country Wheel & Tire Package (Approximate Retail Value: up to $3,649.25). Actual value may vary depending on selected model or shipping destination. No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Any and all related expenses, including federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize, and winner must complete and return a W-9 before prize delivery.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about December 5, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of selection and must respond within five (5) business days with required documentation. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, and entry for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request additional documentation prior to awarding the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages of any kind arising from participation, prize acceptance, or misuse.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Tennessee; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) entrants hereby waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation lost profits, and any other damages.

11. Winner List

To obtain a copy of the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to: Rough Country 2025 Wheel & Tire Giveaway Winner, 2450 Huish Road, Dyersburg, TN 38024. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Sweepstakes.
