Manual retractable Tonneau 2025 Chevy 1500 Trail BossI installed the manual retractable tonneau cover with T-slots for over bed cross bars as well as the Cross bars themselves n my 2025 Chevy 1500 Trail Boss. The installation was quite simple and I am happy with the results. As always with RC the components arrived quickly and mostly in great condition. Some criticism for the tonneau cover would be to please figure out something better for drainage. I am not drilling such massive holes in the back of my bed. I routed the drain hoses for the canister drain to existing holes in the bed but this will probably not work well because of the height they will act like a P-trap. I'll likely have to shorten those hoses or just find new smaller ones. The rear drains i plugged and that probably isn't good either. As for the cross bars, it would improve your product if you deburred the edges of the water jet cut plates the brackets are made of. That way the powder coating won't just chip off so easily during shipping exposing bare metal. I am pleased with the product and love RC as always. Keep doing what you do.
